What the tool is
EasyWH347 turns a payroll or timecard export into a certified payroll report laid out like Form WH-347 and points out likely mistakes. It is a preparation aid. It does not file anything on your behalf and it is not legal, tax or payroll advice.
Your responsibility
The contractor and the official who signs the Statement of Compliance are responsible for the payroll being complete and correct. Review every report before you sign and submit it. The checks the tool runs can't catch every error, for example a worker reported under the wrong classification in your own records.
Not a government site
EasyWH347 is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Labor or any agency.
Paid plans
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next charge.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from its use, including withheld payments or penalties connected to a payroll you submitted.
